USDA Loans

A USDA loan is a great ZERO down loan program.  This program is guaranteed by the Department of Agriculture.  There are eligible and ineligible areas, many areas of central Oregon are eligible.  The USDA program is designed for more rural areas without going too rural and looking at farms.  Homes with too many out buildings may not qualify.  This program has income limits so its geared more toward low to average household incomes.  When you apply we will look at whether this is an option for us.
